The doors of Access Tucson will close for the month of June, and perhaps for longer. The budget has been slashed by the City of Tucson and we must raise at least $50,000 to stay in operation.

This evening the Access Tucson Board of Directors approved an agreement with Executive Director Sam Behrend to leave the organization effective May 22nd. Dan Harrigan, Steve Leal and Bob Kovitz have been elected to the three 3-year terms. Sal Baldenegro has been elected to the one 1-year term. They will all be seated at the next Access Tucson board meeting Thursday, May 20 at 5pm.
